Refund and Returns Policy

Because our flowers are fresh, seasonal, and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once flowers have been picked up or delivered.
That said, we want you to love your flowers.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of pickup or delivery and include a photo. If something went wrong, we will do our best to make it right with a replacement or farm credit when possible.
Flower Subscriptions
Flower subscriptions are non-refundable, as we plan and grow our harvests based on subscription commitments.
If you can’t pick up your bouquet one week, you’re welcome to send a friend or gift it to someone else. A pickup is considered missed if the bouquet has not been picked up within 24hrs of the pickup time. There are no refunds for missed pickups, and that bouquet will be donated to a local nursing home.
DIY Wedding Flower Buckets
Because wedding and event flowers are harvested specifically for your date:
- Cancellations more than 30 days for grower’s choice buckets receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
If Bloomstead is unable to provide flowers due to crop failure or extreme weather, a full refund will be issued for any flowers we cannot supply. Because the vase life of cut flowers is incredibly variable depending on how they are handled after they leave our care, we cannot offer refunds after pickup.
